Leaving this review now because I am unable to get in contact with anyone at the company besides "Emily" who has such poor communication skills, that we have been waiting since August to finalize adjustments/repairs on the fence that was installed. I will update the review if and when the project is actually finalized.
We had a fence installed in August, and I chose Blue Bird because the initial person/people I dealt with on measurements cared enough to come back multiple times to give their opinion on where the best line would be etc. But, when the fence was installed (8/3/26), right away we noticed the gate latches were insecure and the locks were not working properly with the keys being stuck in them. Additionally, they did not indicate to us that the double gates are actually just fence panels with hinges and locking mechanisms attached so they are extremely wobbly when opened. I contacted the company to have them take a look and the first (three) people who came out noticed issues right away, took videos and pictures, and said they would tell their manager because they didn't have the correct equipment that day to fix it. I also took pictures and video and sent to Emily who said she would pass on the information. The second time someone came they were unaware of what needed fixed and because of a language barrier they were also confused and only added one in ground latch (drop rod) to secure one of the gates. All of the double gates needed this. Nothing was done to fix the main locks. This happened two more times and then a man named John came out on 9/25/26, and said he also noticed the issues with the locks and latching right away and that this time the problem would be solved and final repairs would be scheduled. Today 10/7/26, repairmen allegedly came out and nothing was done. When I emailed Emily again, she, once again, said she was passing the information on to another person. Then I get a text from an unknown number saying the repairs were completed and the invoice is due. NOTHING has been repaired! I responded to this text and unknowingly it was Emily again who said the repairmen did not understand why more drop rods would be installed when this was one of the main points of the repairs needed!!! Then, when I asked to speak to ANOTHER manager she stated "I am a manager."  All of this back and forth  has taken over 2 months to get figured out and the repairs are still not done and is partially due to the terrible communication skills of whoever Emily is because she does not share the information I have given her to whoever is sent to do the repairs. We had a great experience with Blue Bird Fence! The price was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. They even took care of the permit application for us, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and we didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the process. Everything was handled for us, and the communication was great.
