These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of indianapolisfencecompany.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Handyman Service, LLC, doing business as BlueBird Fence (“BlueBird Fence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false information, attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, or violate any applicable law.

3. Our Services

BlueBird Fence provides residential fence installation services, including aluminum, vinyl, wood, and chain-link fencing, primarily in the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area. Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Online Estimator

Our online fence estimator provides an instant, non-binding price range based on the information you provide (such as material, approximate footage, and property details). This estimate is not a formal quote or contract. Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site consultation and a written, signed proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the BlueBird Fence name and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our written permission.

6. SMS Program Terms

Program Name & Description

BlueBird Fence Alerts & Offers. This program sends estimate delivery messages, appointment reminders, project and scheduling updates.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by submitting your phone number through our website forms, checking the applicable consent checkbox(es), or by texting us directly. Marketing message consent and non-marketing (transactional) message consent are collected separately via two distinct, unchecked checkboxes, and you may opt into one, both, or neither.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 317-854-0057. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoin Instructions

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time (reply START to a prior message thread, or opt in again through our website) and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

8. Financing Disclaimer

Financing, where offered, is provided through Wisetack, an independent third-party lender. BlueBird Fence is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, terms, and rates are determined solely by Wisetack and subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Referral Program

Our current referral program terms (including gift card and discount amounts) are described on the Site and may change at any time. Referral rewards are subject to the referred customer completing a signed, paid project with BlueBird Fence.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Warranty coverage for installed fencing is described in your signed customer proposal/contract, not on this Site. Nothing on this Site modifies or expands the warranty terms in your signed agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueBird Fence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our online estimator, including reliance on a non-binding estimate. Our total liability for any claim related to installed fencing is governed by your signed customer contract.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
